Road Reclamation & Cement Stabilisation

Golf Cart Tracks & Pathway Creation & Maintenance

Filling in potholes does not work, importing fresh material to cover the road when there is enough to be used in the existing road is expensive and unnecessary.

our specialised machinery utilises the existing material in your road, ripping it up, crushing it and laying it back down in the ideal strata for road making - large material on the bottom, with the smaller material rising to the top, with the “fines” from the crushing process mixed throughout, which help to bind everything together and provide a smooth running surface once graded to form a camber to aid drainage and compacted, which in turns seals the surface, rendering it weatherproof.

If a track is particularly worn, then imported material can be added where necessary - this can be quarried stone, through to building rubble and road planings.

tracks can be created from “as dug” stone where suitable and then subjected to the crushing, grading and compacting process in situ - a very economical method of road making, where there is accessible local stone.

This system also works just as well on yards and pads.

For the ultimate longevity of a road surface or yard / pad area, cement can be mixed in during the crushing process, that in turn sets and binds the material together, creating an extremely durable running surface, this is especially suitable for roads subjected to a lot of heavy vehicle movements and high traffic volumes.

What are the benefits of this system?

Cheaper than ‘topping up’ track with expensive aggregates the road is effectively cambered, enabling water to run off and not sit on the surface and cause future potholing, the process creating the ‘fines’ to bind the road together and give it the strength it needs.

Environmentally friendly due to the recycling of the track and enables the incorporation of waste rubble in tracks turning it into a useful material.

This system can be used on waste pads, yards, car parks and tracks. The track / area can then be stabilised with the incorporation of cement.

The crusher can also be used in land reclamation to crush stones before reseeding. Why spend endless amount of hours ‘picking’ stones when you can crush them?
